Anush-khan’s bathhouses

Bathhouses of Anush-khan are located beside Ak-mosque. They supposed to be built in honors of Anush-khan by his father - famous historian Abulgazi-khan (1644-1664). They were given to Ak-Mosque as vakf. Interesting are their heating, water supply and sewerage systems. They consist of lobby, changing rooms and washing rooms like the other oriental bathhouses. The bathhouses have substructure with underground heating system. That allowed better keeping of heat. Just skylight domes are visible outwardly.
